Volunteer Certification Template

Help SNAP clients who volunteer at your organization keep track of the information they need to submit to their case worker for verification. Being as detailed as possible in the section describing the types of tasks they do is helpful in the process. Please know the case workers call to verify this information at every certification period (about every 6 months).
